Spongescrub reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

By submitting User-Generated Content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spongescrub from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your User-Generated Content.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of spongescrub.info may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the pricing section of our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Service.

Payment will be processed through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spongescrub’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Spongescrub’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or Spongescrub. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Spongescrub may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination of your account, you may lose access to all User-Generated Content associated with your account. Spongescrub shall not be liable for any loss of User-Generated Content or any other data resulting from termination.
